Hey G&G Fam! We’re so excited you’re here and even more excited for you to rep Girls & Gains. Below are some of our most frequently asked questions to help you out. A: Since this is a pre-order, we expect items to ship out by July 1. We seriously appreciate your patience as a new brand, we promise it’s worth the wait. We can’t wait to see you rocking your G&G fits!

A: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email titled “Your Order is on the way” with a tracking link inside. You can also track it through your G&G account. Here's how:
1. Log into your G&G Account
2. Go to Account > My Orders
3. Check the fulfillment status
If it’s fulfilled, click the order and hit Track Your Order
If not fulfilled yet, give us about 24 hours, we might just need a little more time to get it out the door.
Or, just use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email!

A: All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date it was shipped out from our warehouse.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

A: Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
Hats can be returned if they are unworn and undamaged.
To get your full refund, make sure your items come back to us just like you got them—unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. If something shows up damaged, used, or not quite right, we won’t be able to process your return. Every item is checked once it lands back with us.

A: We do offer full refunds for all returns and cancellations, including items paid for with Klarna.
If an item is returned or cancelled before all of the payments have been made, you will have to make those payments until the item is paid for.
