Growing up, I played every sport, refusing to take a season off. That trend continued as I graduated from high school and committed to playing basketball at Birmingham-Southern College. After graduation, I knew I wanted to find new ways to keep my body moving, but finally, on my terms. I fell in love with the freedom I experienced while weightlifting and running.

But when it came to finding fitness apparel that fit my style and body, I was either stuck shopping in the men’s section, where nothing ever felt quite right, or in the women’s section, which never felt like my style. I started Girls & Gains because I wanted all women, no matter their style, body type, or identity, to have gym wear that makes them feel strong and confident. Because you know what they say, right? Look good, feel good!

Women belong in the gym just as much as men, and there should be no labels or limits, just empowerment and some badass clothes to go with it. Thank you for supporting our brand and pushing the boundaries every day. We hope you love our products, and we can’t wait to see you repping G&G all over!

Stay strong, stay free!

Meet Co-Founder & COO Logan Keith

I have spent the majority of my life playing sports, whether competitively or just for the fun of it (but mostly competitively). After my college softball career came to an end, I decided to pursue nursing school. This meant rebuilding my relationship with working out, outside of being a college athlete. I went from viewing it as a chore that I was required to do, to seeing it as an escape I had the privilege of having.

Going to the gym became an outlet and safe haven. I fell into this new passion hard and fast, finally having the freedom to work out when I wanted and how I wanted. I decided to start a clothing brand because finding gym attire that made me feel confident, strong, and authentic was hard to come by. The clothing in the women’s section just wasn’t for me, and the men’s never had the “just right” fit I was looking for.

I realized the importance of feeling confident and comfortable in my everyday gym attire. Finding nothing that worked for me, I decided to create a brand that’s inclusive for all body types and identities—something that screamed “no labels, no limits.” The goal: to offer clothing that supports you in your journey, whatever it may be, and makes you feel empowered, confident, and authentically you.

Thank you for supporting our brand and for being unapologetically yourselves!
